Participants must exercise due care, adhere to rules and use personal safety equipment. Failure to adhere to such requirement is at the risk of participant and not the "league". 3. Participant freely assumes all risks, known and unknown, negligence or willful conduct of another participant. 4. Participant willingly agrees to comply with the conditions of participation. If participant observes unusual hazardous conduct during my presence or participation, participant will abstain from participation and immediately report such conduct to the nearest official. 5. I, for my self and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, release and hold harmless the "league," its officials, agents, and/or participants, sponsors, agencies, advertisers, owners and/or lessors of premises used to conduct the event "releasees," with respect to any and all injury disability, death, or loss or damage to peron or property, whether arising from the negligence of the releasees or otherwise. 6. The laws of the State of Florida apply and participant agrees to mediate any and all claims that may arise from participation in the "league." Expenses of mediation shall be born on prevailing party.
